- Equipments :
S. Bajaj has a fleet of CNC tool grinding machines from WALTER. All Tools are produced in our CNC Machines and Multi-axis Grinding Machines at our Plant ensuring maximum precision and accuracy.
- Raw Materials :
S. Bajaj uses only Micro-grain and Sub Micro-grain Carbide from leading European suppliers guaranteeing higher rigidity with hardness because of the homogeneous nature of the Carbide. Constant market research enables us to follow all development in Carbide Technology and incorporates material improvement in our products.
- Quality :
At S. Bajaj, the Tools are manufactured mainly as per DIN Standards and also as per ISI, ANSI, and ISO Specifications. All Tools are inspected with strict quality norms right from the raw material to the final product. Tools are inspected on sophisticated Zoller Machines.
- Delivery :
We deliver in two days to four weeks depending on the quantity, type of tools, and agreed-upon services. Early delivery is often possible by special arrangements with us.
